How do I shop with you?

You can shop with us in store, during our Facebook Live videos, and through Facebook messenger! We are open everyday of the week and we go live on Facebook every Monday and Thursday starting at 7:30 pm central. Comment your order on the live and we can hold in store or ship to you! We offer personal styling in store and online. Stay tuned for an exciting new website to shop from. 

Do you charge for personal styling? 

No! We do not charge for personal styling! We offer this as a service during open hours online and in store! Our stylists are thoroughly trained and seasoned at the art of styling! 

How do I return an item?

To start a return online, send us a message with your order number and the pieces you'd like to send back. To return the item in store, come visit us at Mainstream Boutique Stillwater. 

Make sure the original receipt is included in your return, and all tags remain attached on your clothing!

Can I return an item for a refund? 

We are store credit only! Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 14 days of purchase can be returned for a store credit or an exchange. We know you'll find an item you love - check our store for weekly new arrivals! Store credit only allowed. Clearance pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

What is your rewards program?

For every $500 you spend with us, you can receive 25% off your entire next purchase, valid for 30 days after you earn it! All we need is your first and last name to create your account to earn rewards. 

I have a reward earned at another Mainstream Boutique. Can I apply the reward to my purchase online? 

Mainstream boutique is a franchise and most of our locations are individually owned and operated! Because rewards are designated to a specific store, we ask that you redeem them for purchases you make at that store. We love that you shop multiple stores! 

How do I use my store credit?

You can use your store credit at any time! Store credit never expires but is specific to Mainstream Boutique Stillwater. Use your store credit in store or with an online purchase. Send us a message over Facebook messenger if you'd like to use it on an online purchase.
